APPLICATION CODE: EUIP 2025 – Alumni Internship Application

 

The EU InfoPoint (EUIP) is recruiting one (1) intern to support our Communications & Events team. This call is open exclusively to EUSP Alumni.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, produce and monitor social-media content

• Update the alumni database and manage related correspondence

• Provide logistical and communications support for scholar & alumni events

• Maintain reports and databases, including sponsor/participant lists

Assist with general office tasks: documentation, archiving, meeting minutes

 

 

Candidate Profile

• Being an EUSP alumni from one of the past three academic years (2022/23, 2023/24, or 2024/25) — applications from non-alumni will not be considered

• Current bachelor’s or master’s student (preferably in Communications, International Relations, Visual Communication or a related field)

• Strong organisational and research skills

• Able to work both independently and in a team

• Proficient in MS Office and basic design tools

• Excellent written and spoken Turkish and English

• Detail-oriented and accountable

Internship Period & Conditions

• Internship period: Minimum two months within late June, July, and August 2025

• Working hours: 20 hours per week

• Location: EU InfoPoint Office, Nicosia

• Remuneration: This is a paid internship.

• Certificate: Official “EU Scholarship Programme Internship Completion Certificate” upon completion
