APPLICATION CODE: EUSP AS 2026 – Alumni Internship Application

The EU Scholarship Programme (EUSP) is recruiting one (1) intern for the Administrative Support Intern position. This call is open exclusively to EUSP alumni.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the archiving and organisation of programme documents.
  • Assist with data entry and database updates.
  • Support basic data analysis and preparation of spreadsheets and statistics.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and communication with scholars and alumni.
  • Assist with maintaining contact databases.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for programme activities and events.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Being an EUSP alumni from one of the past three academic years (2023/24, 2024/25, or 2025/26) — applications from non-alumni will not be considered.
  • Current bachelor’s or master’s student (preferably in Social Sciences, Psychology, Statistics, Communication, International Relations, Information Management, or a related field).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Good communication skills in English and Turkish. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. 
  • Comfortable working with data and administrative records.
  • Willingness to learn and support a variety of administrative tasks. 
  • Comfortable communicating with scholars and alumni by phone and email.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Internship Period & Conditions:

  • Internship period: Minimum two months within late June, July, and August 2026
  • Working hours: 20 hours per week
  • Location: EU Scholarship Programme Office, Nicosia
  • Remuneration: This is a paid internship (300 euros per month)
  • Certificate: Official “EU Scholarship Programme Internship Completion Certificate” upon completion.
